Shoulder holster for concealed carry?

What's a good shoulder holster for concealed carry that isn't huge or brown leather, I'm not a police chief. I'm looking for one that's just regular black straps but not like I'm wearing a backpack with big shoulder straps. And does it matter what size and or make and model of my gun or are the holsters generally universal?
