Pet Rat Cage Help and Questions?

I addopted two rats from the local animal shelter a few days ago. They are currently in the Heartz play city. Its the only cage around here that I could find since i live in a small town. I was looking at a cage from doctors forster and smith. The cage is five storys and it is 24"L x 17-1/2"D x 45"H would this be big enough for two male rats? also the bar spacing is 3/4" is that too big for them to escape? please help. the rats are only 6weeks old. They already jump and the cage they have now doesnt let them jump or climb just play with toys.
