Is it legal to carry a co2 bb gun in a holster in the state of Utah?

There are not any state laws regulating it so you need to check with your local authorities and my best guess is the answer will be that you cannot. Law enforcement would not know from a distance if it was a firearm or not so be very careful if you do. Hundreds of people have lost their lives because of toy guns as well as real looking C02.^^
