If you saw me would you think i was overweight?

honestly, no i don't think that you are overweight. you are pretty average. everyone has different body shapes due to genetics and if you wish to be slimmer then you should eat better. All i did was change the times that I ate food and I've lost weight. You need to wake up earlier, get a full rest at night, and eat a small meal every 2 hours. I wake up at 7 a.m. and eat breakfast, then snack at 9 a.m. etc. never eat after 7 p.m. this is when your body is more susceptible to gaining and storing fat. Also if you don't eat breakfast you will train your body to store fat for you. Also, I was a little curious as to why your picture was of you hanging on a pole?
