Holsters Used by LAPD and OCSD?

I want to be a police officer and work for either the Orange County Sheriff's department, or the Los Angeles Police Department. I just bought a Glock 22 Gen 3, and am looking for a holster. I want to get one the either one or both of these agencies use and start practicing with it. I was thinking about either the SERPA CQC or the 5.11 Thumbdrive holster but those both have a retention level of 2, and I was told that LEO's want at least a level 3 retention. Please let me know.
