Could i have oral cancer?

I am 25 year old male. I used dip when I was between 18-20 but quite when I was 20. Back about 4 yrs ago I had the flu and had a lymph node swell on left side of neck. I did poke and prod at it. I noticed it is still somewhat swollen even though I don't have the flu any more(of course) although I do keep sinus and allergy problems. Also I have some lumps/bumps on the inside part of my lower lip. I do have a habit of biting my lip. I have no other signs or symptoms that this could be cancer. I feel extremely well and have had two different blood works for life insurance that came back normal. Just want some opinions.
