Corrupt gov't official. what should i do?

We just experienced EXTORTION. A Kagawad Gragorio Bernardo of Brgy 409, Z42 Manila, came to our shop last week. He was riding a mobile Revo car (SGK361) with a man wearing a police uniform and a big sunglasses as driver (there were about 6 people inside). Asking us "nakakabusog naman!"(that will make us full) So, my husband wanting no trouble, gave them cash. After 2 days, same man came again riding a motorcycle, "san na ung lingguhan?" (where the weekly?). My husband refused to give him. So he said "ah ganun pala ha, mag antay ka, babalikan ka namin"(thats what u want? wait there & we'll be back) After 15 mins. the same mobile car came w/out him. The man in the police uniform says "Anu?" (what?)(while tapping his Gun in his holster) My husband politely told the man that he can't give them weekly w/ that sum of money. coz we are legal business, & we have permits. "he told us "mgkanu b kaya m?"(how much can u give?) my husband said, mga P__ lang po sir."(i can only give this money sir) Then, he bursted out loud saying " hndi pwede, kng gusto m babalikn knamin, hahatakin ko trak nu at lhat ng tao mo issakay ko"(no, cant do. if u want we'll be back and pull ur truck together with ur products and people)
