Can I be arrested for this in California?

Hers my experience last night, keep in mind I am aspiring to become a police officer and my dad worked for SFPD for 10 years. So I respect cops. I was pulled over last night on my way home from my girlfriends house I am 18 and therefore the curfew times didn't apply I was out at 12:35 AM and extremely tired I have seasonal allergies that swell up my eyes horrible. When he pulled me over he asked for my wallet and I did have it in my glovebox but was in such a panic I told him I left it at my house which was right up the road, I understand hes doing his job and that if I was working as a cop that late id be a little edgy too but really im not the typical drunk out of control teenager, he insists that I was doing drugs and that he would arrest me for not having my license (had it the whole time but knew that I left my wallet at the house a few times that week and assumed it wasnt in there when I looked and shuffled around but could not find it) he told me he could easily arrest me then swore literally like 5 times, I just thought that was unprofessional, told me to use my "f****in" head. then ran my plates and realized my numbers were protected my the police dept of san francisco and I informed him my dad is a retired officer. He told me he was going to write me a ticket for "reckless driving" apparently i swerved once but I believe that because I was really tired but I was defiantly capable of driving the car.heres the scariest part, the area where I pulled off into the side of the road (dirt patch) he told me that I was in the road and I should have pulled over a little more so I asked him if it would be a good idea to move to the right a little bit (my engine was OFF) and I placed my hand on the wheel, this guy freaks out and im not exaggerating I dont need to and puts his hand on his gun and withdraws it from the holster and aims it down towards my drivers side door, this really shook me up cuz I guess he thought I was going to take off even if I didnt make any sudden movements, this guy was only about 23 or 24. Any input on this?
