Binge eating disorder from long term dieting.. help?

I only binge like that but since I'm anorexic I find it easier to just not eat anything and then exercise. You binge alot bc you don't eat healthy and don't know how to eat normally anymore, and also bc you probably feel that carbs will fill you up but it doesn't until you have consumed so many calories. You probably might be getting enough calories but not the right way. Your not addicted to food you just don't know how to control how you eat anymore. Eating intuitively wirks for most people but not always. You should eat a lot of friuts and vegetables so you get full faster. Also drink pure water. Basically every hour. If you can make it through the first and second day then you can go the whole week.
