Wear a Shoulder Holstered Knife on belt?

I recently purchased this knife http://www.knivesplus.com/media/SW-CKSUR2.jpg and it is made to be attached to a shoulder harness from what a military buddy told me. Is there a way I can attach this to my belt instead?
