I'm a 15 year old girl and my dream is to act.?

I have read so much stuff about acting. I did a commercial in my home town. I just don't know were to start. I don't know how to look for jobs. I don't know how to get an agent. I'm new at this but I want to fulfill my dream. No matter what. I would appreciate advice, tips, where to find jobs, where to find agents, and just how to fulfill my dream. Also i would like to know if height is a problem. I'm 4' 11'' . and I really don't want my height to be a problem. Anything will help. I moved to florida too. Is that a good place to have an acting career? Thank you....
