22 weeks pregnancy problems?

for the last 2 month ive had traces of protein in my urine also the past 2 weeks i experienced alot of tummy pain lite walking or general household jobs the pain is intense and goes all over my tummy feels like deep stabbing and by my shoulder blade i get sharp pains also also i can be sitting down or lieing and i come over all funny head becomes very heavy and feel like im going to pass out this can last for about 20 mins till i feel ok can happen couple times a day its not because im hungry or thirsty as i make sure im not. and just these two days my upper arms become really itchy appear in a rash and after hour it goes and last problem i have is my vagina feels in discomfort i cant explain it coz it not pain just pressure. this is my second child i had not one problem with my first. my blood pressure is fine the doctors have sent of a urine sample waiting on results they swabbed me and this also come back clear they think i have a uti but i dont think i do as i took a course of antibiotics for 5 days i feel generally unwell and becoming very out of breath and find hard to breath at times. im just very worried it mite be something serious as all the doctor done was prod the top of my uterus do my blood pressure and dip stick my wee
